 • Why should I get library membership?

Library membership is required to borrow books from Circulation Section and Book bank of the library as per their policies. Undergraduate students are required to submit one (01) recent passport size photograph and a photocopy of their University ID Card on notified dates which are communicated through departmental Notice Board.

• For how long can I issue books from library?

Students can issue a maximum of two books from circulation section for 21 days renewable for one time. Book Bank section provides 6 books for one academic semester at 10% or less of the original cost of the book.

• Can books be renewed online?

Yes, books can be renewed online via Portal services of library, library website and Library App named as “Ambition” for one time.

• What are library timings?

Library sections are open from Monday till Friday 0830hrs till 2100 hrs. without any break.

• Does the library have Wi-Fi?

Yes, library is equipped with Wi-Fi facilities; however, a user id is required to avail the facility. The account can be made through IT department service counter at HPCC building.

• Does the library have any Computation Facility?

Yes, the state of the art Digital library is available at first floor of the reference building comprising of 50 desktop with al basic computational facilities.

• Can I bring my laptop? Does the library have charging facility?

Yes, laptop can be brought for use, and charging ports are available specifically for charging of laptops in the reference section of the library.

• Does the library provide online access to books, articles, magazines?

Library provides online access to E- resources available through HEC NDLP which includes IEEE, Springer, and other renowned databases. These services can also be accessed form home also via VPN services.
